Period: 20th century Dimensions: 100 cm Description: A set of polychrome tiles produced by the Fábrica da Viúva de Gómez in the Triana neighborhood of Seville between the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The composition features depictions of Moors, urns, torches, and plant motifs, arranged in vertical panels. The design is part of the revival of Sevillian ceramics during this period, which revived historical motifs for use in interiors and architectural cladding. The factory was founded by Antonio Gómez in 1870 and continued production under the name Viúva de Gómez until around 1906, when it adopted the name Manuel Corbato.
