This set of Pombaline tiles features floral and geometric patterns, hand-painted in various colors on a white background. The motifs are arranged in symmetrical compositions. These tiles were used in the reconstruction of Lisbon after the 1755 earthquake, applied to facades and interiors as a decorative and functional element.
