A pair of white earthenware finials, produced in Portugal during the 19th century. Topped by armillary spheres—a symbol associated with Portuguese maritime expansion and the reign of King Manuel I—they feature fluted shafts and floral motifs in relief. They were intended to crown walls, gates, balustrades, and other architectural elements, forming part of the ornamental production that flourished in Portugal throughout the 19th century.
